“We are a team of experienced professionals who have the initiative to think of better ways to approach our projects and lean in the same direction to do good work.”
Vivian started FacilityRx to realize a dream of creating a premium service to fill the service gaps between an architect or interior designer, an office furniture dealer and the end user. She recognized it can be remarkable to help catapult an organization into the next phase of its evolution. Vivian understands people would rather stay in a space that doesn’t work than go through the process of moving, so her team removes as much stress as possible, introduces technology and office furniture think starters and encourages considering a process beyond simply moving, but rather as an opportunity to be a better organization. FacilityRx takes time to learn its clients’ business, so it can offer the best solutions and work in tandem to help clients achieve success long after the move. Vivian’s emphasis on teamwork was born on the basketball court where she was a guard in high school and at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned degrees in English and Philosophy. She is active in Medal to the Pedal, a James Madison Elementary School (SAISD) attendance incentive program created by FRX CFO, Shannon Braymen in 2005 that rewards kids with perfect attendance a new bicycle for perfect yearlong school attendance. Vivian is also an orchid aficionado.
Project Manager Specialist
“I take great pleasure in partnering with clients to become a resource for solutions to their facility’s needs.”
Sonia was a change manager before change management was a buzzword. She spent a dozen years as a Project Manager in Space & Facilities for the federal judiciary in charge of all design intent drawings, furniture specification, relocations, and furniture disposal for eight locations in the state of Texas stretching from Waco down to Del Rio and out to El Paso. In 2012, Sonia was selected for the federal judiciary’s Director’s Leadership Program. As a result, she spent a one-year residency in Washington, DC to help create an alternative workplace program for the federal judiciary reducing space usage by 3 percent nationally. Sonia earned her degree in Interior Design from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is active in supporting the 100 Club of San Antonio and their efforts to support local law enforcement and firefighters and enjoys taking cooking classes and reading.
President IronEdge Group
From a young age, Ryan liked to take things apart to see how they work. That same passion is now channeled into making things work for his clients. Ryan is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience in everything IronEdge does through instilling a culture of service to all IronEdge team members.
Prior to founding IronEdge in 2005, Ryan had IT experience in Technology Consulting for both large enterprises and small businesses. During that time he developed a specialized emphasis in Healthcare Enterprise deployments and associated compliance.
Ryan enjoys being an active member of EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization), and when he is not busy exchanging emails with clients or checking in on IronEdge's current list of projects, he is most content spending his remaining free time with his wife and three sons.
